TOWN OF ABITA SPRINGS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, GRANT ADMINISTRATOR AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
The Town of Abita Springs, Louisiana (hereafter referred to as Town), invites interested parties to submit proposals of qualifications to provide Project Management and Grant Administration Services for funding and reimbursement opportunities made available through local, state and federal agencies. In order to effectively apply for, administer and manage available programs, the TOWN is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide project management, grant administrator and administrative services for funding opportunities that become available.
The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with applicable procurement regulations and requirements. All responses will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and identified in the Request for Qualifications Packet.
The Town of Abita Springs will begin contract negotiations immediately following the selection of the successful respondent.
Interested parties are invited to submit responses to this Request for Qualifications to the attention of Janet Dufrene, Town Clerk. Responses can be hand delivered or sent via U.S. Postal Service to the Town of Abita Springs, P.O. Box 461, Abita Springs, Louisiana 70420, Attention: Janet Dufrene. Deadline for submittal of all responses is no later than 3:00 P.M., on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

Responses to the RFQ may be submitted to the Town Clerks Office at 72077 Live Oak St Abita Springs LA 70420 Attn: Janet Dufrene in lieu of mailing to the PO Box on file.
